Shipping Schedule

Dubai

Our delivery timings are from 9:00am – 8:00pm from Monday to Saturday.

We have 3 delivery time slots:

Morning: 9am – 1pm (order before 7:30am)

Afternoon: 1pm – 4pm (order before 11:30am)

Evening: 4pm – 8pm (order before 2:30pm)

Saturday cut off time for same day delivery is 2:30pm (Dubai only)

Sunday delivery (Dubai only) cut off time is 2:30pm Saturday

No same day delivery/pick-up on Sundays.

Abu Dhabi – Only for next day delivery.

Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and Sharjah – will be scheduled within 48 hours of receiving the order. An email confirmation will be sent for the exact delivery date and time as delivery scheduling could take up to 48hours from order date.

NO DELIVERIES on Public Holidays unless specified on the website.

Delivery Charges: 

There’s a AED 35.00 delivery fee on orders below AED 300.
Free delivery is available on orders over AED 300.00

Process of shipping the items/good conditions :

We ensure the safe delivery of your items through our dedicated Vavasfood Courier service, carefully packaging goods with ice to maintain optimal conditions.

Payment Confirmation:

Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours.

Same Day Delivery

Same-Day Delivery and SUNDAY DELIVERY is available only in DUBAI. For Sunday deliveries, order before 12:00PM Saturday. All other emirates will be scheduled for next-day delivery or as specified on the order.

As soon as your order is confirmed through our online payment gateway, vavasfood.com will contact you by email to confirm your order, exact location, and delivery time.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels an order after confirming and paying through our online payment gateway, vavasfood.com will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total bill.

Substitution Policy

In the event that the confirmed ordered item/product is not available (which is not likely to happen), vavasfood.com will contact the customer and suggest a substitute or credit an equal amount to the customer.
